Do you service my area?

White Lilac Cleaning Company services the following areas:

Anchorage, Eagle River, Palmer, Wasilla, and Big Lake areas.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

White Lilac Cleaning Company supplies all cleaning supplies for all our services. If you have a special request or certain cleaner you would like us to use in your home, just let us know!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes! We are here to serve you. When booking your appointment you can choose among the selected options or leave us a comment in the booking section when you book. At your appointment you can discuss with your cleaner your special need and it can be added onto your invoice at the end of your service appointment. Unless your special request is verified from customer service we can’t promise your cleaners scheduled time will allow it, but we can always add it to your next appointment as well.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes! If we don’t feel comfortable sending them into our home, we won’t send them to yours!

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We background all of our cleaners as well as check their references.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We completely back all of our cleanings with a 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service we will send out another team to fix your concerns. We strive to serve our customers to full satisfaction.
