Our Cleaning Checklist
Here is what you can expect with our premium cleaning services
Premium Cleaning
For your ongoing, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleanings include the following:
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted)
- Moldings & woodwork (dusted)
- Baseboards (dusted)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
- Furniture (dusted & polished)
- Top of refrigerator (dusted)
- Outside of appliances cleaned
- Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
- Wipe outside of cabinets
- Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (Windexed)
- Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures
- Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
- Beds made
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning the areas described above.
This service is not recommended for move in / move out cleans, or first time initial cleans.
Deluxe Top-To-Bottom Cleaning
Includes the premium list items cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:
- Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
- Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)
- Window sills & window tracks on closed windows (hand washed or wiped)
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
- Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
- All cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
- All doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)
- Light switch plates (hand washed)
- Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures
- Wastebasket (emptied/relined, please proved bag)
- Stairs (vacuumed)
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
* We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request). Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
Move In & Move Out Services
Include all the Deluxe Top to Bottom elements with these optional add-ons:
- Inside and outside of kitchen cabinets (Optional Service)
- Refrigerator: Wipe out shelves and drawers. (Optional Service)
- Freezer: Wipe out (Optional Service)
- Oven: Wipe out and clean window glass if it has been sprayed or run (Self-Cleaning) the night before. (Optional Service)
- Wipe accessible ceiling fans and light fixtures in place by hand
- We do not remove glass shades or fluorescent lighting. We may use an extension pole as needed.
- Inside window ledges & tracks
- Wipe all baseboards
- Vacuum dusty blinds. Excessive build-up may require ultra-sonic cleaning)
- Wipe all trim molding, door frames and banisters
- Bathroom Cabinets inside + out
- Vacuum tops of curtains and drapes. (If applicable)
- Vacuum all carpeted areas including closets
- Vacuum central air return vents. (Floor vents additional option)
