The “what if’s” and prep have started in Alaska. Corona Virus. The crowned virus cell we have seen so recently on the news. The elephant in the room that we really don’t want to have to think about or talk about but is not far from the mind’s of Alaskan’s. The result empty shelves at Fred Meyer and Costco. Proof, people are talking about this.
So, Let’s talk about it.

Thankfully as of today, there are no known diagnosed cases in Alaska.
So how are we working to continually keep families safe in our service areas?
We are being proactive instead of reactive.
1. White Lilac has always taken safety steps in regards to illness. All our professional cleaning staff are taught at hiring that if they are sick, they are to stay home. It’s inconvenient, but necessary to keep from spreading any contagious illness whether it be Influenza or Corona Virus.
2. Cleaning teams are being updated on the current situation in other states and reminded to be vigilant with our health and safety practices.
3. We are continually monitoring the Alaska Department of Health and Human Services website for any new updates.
4. For clients that may need to stay home during an illness, please call our office and we will reschedule at no charge. Your family’s health and wellness is a priority, please take the time to recuperate.
